RENTAL POLICIES
Rental Form:
*Rental reservation form must be filled out in its entirety
well in advance to ensure availability. Rentals cannot be
reserved until we receive the rental reservation form and
deposit. RENTAL RESERVATION FORM to be filled out and faxed
to Helicopter Helmet, LLC at 61 7 3209 8690
A deposit of $50.00 is required for rental consideration.
Rental period runs from the day after the rental leaves HHC to
the day it is returned. A late fee equal to the daily rate per day will accumulate
for any late equipment.
Shipping or Delivery:
HHC recommends that equipment is picked up and returned
in person!
SHIPPING. Please call for details. Shipping a life raft
is hazardous and is therefore $50.00 plus shipping charges for a one way trip. Returns are your expense.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be one week prior
to start of rental period and before it is shipped. Otherwise HHC can charge you for full rental.
Rental Items: HHC
does our best to ensure that you
get the rental equipment that you requested.
However, it is
to our discretion what capacity we have available
to rent at that time. If you request a 4 Man Raft
and we only have a 6 man, you will be charge for the 4 man rate.
All rental items are rented with up to date service certificates.
The equipment we rent you, is what we would trust our lives
on.
