Used Helmets and Refurbished Helmets are clearly marked with a Grade: We offer both USED and Refurbished. Refurbished Helmets have been completely torn down and rebuilt with either Factory or Second Source Parts. Helmets Offered by HHC come with a One Year Warranty from HHC and are serial numbered by HHC for accountability and traceability. All Helmets listed on this Page are considered USED because of prior ownership.
Grade: REFURB: Helmet has been repainted, and unserviceable components have been replaced. Helmet is considered Near New after refurbishment.
Grade: A1: Helmet is Near New or has little to no wear. Helmet was either traded in or not used in the field. This is the best quality!
Grade: A2: Helmet was Inspected and minor parts replaced. Helmet may have minor scratches or paint issues but not enough to warrant refurb or repaint. Helmets in this class are good deals.
Grade: A3: Helmet was inspected and major parts replaced. Helmet was not repainted and may have qualified for repaint / refurb. Helmets in this condition are serviceable with New parts, but cosmetically (outside appearance) needed to be painted
Grade: USED-AS-IS: Helmet was traded in with no repairs. Helmets in this condition has had no parts replaced, but are serviceable. Lenses may have minor scratches, Helmet shell will have visible marks/scratches and visible use. Cosmetically, helmet may require repaint and service life of components may be limited. Helmets sold in this conditioned are warrantied for Communications only,
